In every scene of The Upward Drift, two voices respond to the same moment from opposite directions — Echo, who drifts toward comfort, and Nova, who's already moving toward what's next.

The Wrong Order is about loss that happens out of sequence — a child, a young spouse, a sibling. It's grief that doesn't follow the shape anyone expects, and the particular isolation of losing someone before it was "supposed to" happen. It's the well-meaning people who don't know what to say, and the ones who say the wrong thing anyway.
